About The Role
We are looking for a skilled DevOps/SRE Engineer to join our team and ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of our production cloud environment. You will work at the intersection of software engineering and operations, taking ownership of system stability, Platform Observability, and CI/CD. This role is ideal for engineers who thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy building resilient, scalable systems that protect mission-critical infrastructure.
Responsibilities
As a DevOps/SRE Engineer, your impact will be:
- Monitoring & Observability: Building the infrastructure to gain deep visibility into our systems (logs, metrics, and traces) to identify issues before they impact users
- Production Reliability: Managing the underlying cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability and resilient system performance.
- Incident Response: Leading the technical response during system outages and conducting post-mortem analyses (RCA) to prevent recurrence.
- Capacity Planning: Ensuring our cloud resources scale efficiently and effectively in line with global customer demand.
- Deployment & Release: Streamlining delivery pipelines to ensure code reaches production safely, consistently, and with minimal risk.
Requirements
What you need to succeed in this role:
- Proven Experience: 4+ years of experience as a DevOps/SRE Engineer, ideally within a high-growth environment.
- Cloud & Containers: Strong hands-on experience with AWS and container orchestration using Kubernetes and Docker.
- Infrastructure as Code: Proficiency with Terraform and Ansible for automated infrastructure management.
- CI/CD Expertise: Experience with industry-standard tools such as Jenkins, ArgoCD, Git, and GitHub.
- Scripting & OS: Strong Python/Bash scripting skills and extensive knowledge of Linux internals.
- Reliability Mindset: Experience in observability, incident response, and a strong problem-solving approach to complex system challenges.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
