Cambium is hiring a Data Scientist for an outsourcing position working on-site with a leading client in Herzliya on an advanced R&D project focused on AI-driven driver safety and experience.

Responsibilities:

Develop ML/AI models for driver behavior and intent analysis, work with structured and unstructured data, build end-to-end ML pipelines, and apply NLP/LLMs in applied research and product-oriented environments.

Requirements:

2+ years industry experience in Data Science / Machine Learning / Applied AI, strong Python skills (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn), experience with NLP or LLMs, data pipeline experience, strong English communication skills.

Advantages:

Experience with AI agents, RAG, model fine-tuning, MLOps or cloud AI platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
