As an AI Engineer on our team, you will own end to end development of systems and products, using AI intensively at every stage from architecture trough production.

You'll combine deep systems thinking with hands on technical excellence, collaborating closely with product, UX, and Data teams to turn business goals into scalable, production grade solutions.

This is an AI native role. We are looking for engineers who already work in a vibe coding workflow where AI tools are a core part of your daily development routine.

Job Requirements

• +5 years of professional experience in software engineering (Backend/ FS/ Infrastructure) building production systems at scale.
• End to end development experience – databases, APIs, backend service, plus at least one additional layer (Fronted/ mobile/ Data/ DevOPS).
• AI native development workflow – Copilot, Cursor or Claude for code generation, refactoring, test creation, and task automation.
• Strong proficiency in at least one of: Java, Payton or Node.JS, with the ability to pick up new technologies quickly.
• Solid understanding of modern architecture microservices distributed systems.
• Experience with LLMs or AI services – Open AI, Anthropic, copilot, Cursor, etc.
• Prompt engineering, building orchestrations/ agents/ workflows on top of large models.
