We are looking for

A passionate and experienced Full Stack Team Leader to join our site in Netanya. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead complex technological development within a defense organization that drives meaningful innovation. You will combine hands-on development with team leadership and strategic influence, guiding large-scale, AI‑driven software solutions that make a real impact. In this role you will

Lead a Full Stack development team including planning, prioritization, and performance management

Build detailed work plans, monitor progress, and ensure on‑time delivery of high‑quality products

Oversee architecture and development of frontend and backend systems using Java and React

Drive and coordinate system integrations across internal and external platforms

Work in Docker and Linux environments for development and infrastructure management

Promote automation through DevOps principles and CI/CD processes

Implement AI technologies to enhance efficiency, innovation, and user experience

Handle multiple projects under pressure while maintaining high standards

Collaborate closely with senior management and business teams to align goals and technology strategy

Mentor team members, encouraging a collaborative and innovative culture

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering / related field

At least 5 years of Full Stack development experience

At least 2 years in team management or technical leadership

Strong hands‑on experience with Java, React, and JavaScript

Experience with Docker, Linux, cloud environments and CI/CD pipelines

Experience with AI‑based development or integration of AI tools — Advantage

Experience with system integrations and cross‑team collaboration

Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high quality

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Strategic mindset and results‑oriented approach
