Role Summary
We are looking for an Integration Engineer to design, build, and maintain integrations and automation workflows primarily using
Workato. You will work as part of a cross-functional team of integration engineers and developers, collaborating closely with Operations and business teams to automate processes and ensure reliable system connectivity.
What You’ll Do
- Design, build, and support integrations and automated workflows using the Workato platform
- Automate business processes by connecting systems and third-party apps
- Design, implement, and own complex integration solutions
- Troubleshoot and support existing integrations
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Workato
- Strong understanding of API principles (REST, SOAP) and integration technologies
- Experience working with databases and query languages (SQL, SOQL)
- Experience writing custom logic using Workato scripting (Ruby), including formulas and code steps
- Familiarity with IS systems such as Salesforce, Zuora, or similar
- Experience implementing integration solutions in large organizations

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Can balance independent work with team-based collaboration.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies

Advantage
- Development experience
- Hands-on experience building custom connectors using the Workato SDK
- Workato certifications (Automation Pro I / II) – an advantage
- Familiarity with AWS environments and cloud-based architectures
- Experience in API design, including scalable and secure API patterns
- Experience building AI-powered solutions as part of business processes
