The Automation Infrastructure team plays a central role in enabling high‑quality, scalable engineering at Payoneer. We are looking for an experienced
Automation Infrastructure Developer who is passionate about building robust systems, solving complex technical challenges, and supporting a large developer community across multiple R&D teams.
In this role, you will design and maintain the core automation and CI/CD foundations used across the company, drive standardization, introduce new technologies, and build internal tools that directly impact the productivity and effectiveness of our engineering organization.
This is a unique opportunity to influence engineering quality at scale and help shape the future of Payoneer’s automation ecosystem.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain large scale automation infrastructure and tools used by hundreds of developers and other roles in the company
- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks across .NET, React/NPM, Playwright, and additional platforms.
- Build reusable libraries, templates, and internal SDKs to streamline test creation and maintenance
- Build and maintain internal automation tools and services
- Closely collaborate with developers, devops, team leaders and managers
- Innovate, investigate new features, tools and technologies
Who You Are -
- A hands-on automation infrastructure developer with 3+ years of experience building and maintaining testing and CI/CD ecosystems (C# or Java).
- Someone with strong experience in CI/CD systems, especially Azure DevOps, and comfortable working with modern engineering workflows.
- Experienced with automation frameworks such as MsTest, Playwright, Selenium, or similar test technologies.
- Skilled working with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases, and able to design or support scalable data flows.
- A problem solver who can troubleshoot complex issues in distributed, large-scale environments.
- A strong communicator with a service-oriented mindset, able to support multiple development teams and drive best practices.
- A proactive, curious team player who takes ownership, collaborates effectively, and continuously looks for ways to improve systems, tools, and developer experience.
- Someone who enjoys partnering with developers, QA engineers, DevOps, and product stakeholders to deliver high-quality, resilient infrastructure.
