We operate production-grade systems and are looking for an engineer who wants to grow into modern cloud and DevOps environments while maintaining strong infrastructure foundations.

Role Overview

This role combines modern DevOps practices with hands-on IT & infrastructure responsibilities.

Approximately:

70% DevOps / Cloud / Production-Oriented Work

30% Office IT & Local Infrastructure Management

We are looking for someone with a strong infrastructure background who is motivated to grow deeper into DevOps, cloud environments, and automation.

What You’ll Do

DevOps / Cloud (Approx. 70%)

• Support and operate production and staging environments
• Work with Kubernetes clusters (deployment, scaling, troubleshooting)
• Participate in production incident investigation and monitoring
• Work with logs, monitoring, and observability tools
• Assist with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
• Contribute to infrastructure automation (Terraform – advantage)
• Write automation scripts (Python / Bash)
• Support cloud and on-prem deployments

IT & Office Infrastructure (Approx. 30%)

• Manage local workstations and user environments
• Support networking equipment (routers, switches, office infrastructure)
• Handle internal system administration tasks
• Ensure stable and secure internal IT operations
• Work closely with team members to maintain reliable office infrastructur

Must Have

• 1+ years of experience in Infrastructure / System Administration / IT roles
• 1+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer, or similar role, managing high-scale, production-grade cloud environments.
• Experience with Terraform or Infrastructure as Code
• Experience working with production systems (monitoring, troubleshooting, incident handling)
• Experience with Kubernetes / containerized environments
• Scripting experience (Python or Bash preferred)
• Understanding of networking fundamentals
• Fluent English

Nice to Have

• Exposure to cloud environments (AWS / GCP / Azure)
• Experience with CI/CD tools
• Experience with monitoring systems (Grafana, ELK, Prometheus, etc.)
• Startup or fast-paced environment experience
