Lead full technical aspects of space camera systems while ensuring compliance with technical requirements and design int

egrity
Manage and conduct engineering reviews, integrations, tests, and formal release pr

ocesses
Plan and control project schedules, budgets, quality, and deli

verables
Coordinate and collaborate with program management, customers, subcontractors, and supporting de

partments
Manage engineering resources, prioritize tasks, and oversee development w

orkstreams
Lead the system from early development phases through final delivery to t

he customer

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineeri

ng – mandatory
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in systems engineering or Electro‑Op

tics— advantage
At least 5 years of proven experience in leading development management of multi‑disci

plinary projects
Experience in developing, managing, and monitoring project budg

ets and schedules
Experience in the development of electro‑optical military s

ystems — advantage
Strong system‑level understanding and deep

technical knowledge
