We’re looking for a hands-on GenAI Technology Lead to design and implement advanced AI-driven solutions in a complex, mission-critical environment.

About the Role

• Hands-on development of advanced GenAI solutions
• Design and implementation of infrastructure for consuming generative models (Open Source & commercial AI vendors)
• Building tailored AI solutions aligned with real business and clinical needs
• Close collaboration with technology teams and business units
• End-to-end ownership of architecture, scalability, performance and cost optimization

What We’re Looking For

🔹 GenAI & LLM Expertise

• Proven hands-on experience with at least two leading AI vendors (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic)
• Experience working with Open Source LLMs (e.g., LLaMA, GPT-based OSS models)
• Experience developing LLM-based Agents using MCP protocol
• Proven RAG implementation experience, including integration with enterprise data sources
• Strong Prompt Engineering capabilities, including optimization for quality, consistency, and cost

🔹 Architecture & Infrastructure

• Experience designing infrastructure for GenAI consumption from:
• On-prem / Private Cloud hosted models
• Commercial AI providers
• Deep understanding of performance, scalability, and cost considerations
• Strong knowledge of security, privacy, and regulatory compliance requirements
• Ability to perform cost-benefit analysis and optimize AI usage economics
