We’re a fast-growing startup backed by top-tier investors, building powerful technology for leading clients. We move fast, ship continuously, and operate in production at scale. Now we’re looking for someone to take ownership of our infrastructure layer and elevate it to the next level.

This is not a maintenance role. This is a builder role.

You Will

• Design and implement scalable CI/CD flows
• Standardize and restructure environment & configuration management
• Introduce and enforce IaC
• Increase deployment reliability and rollback safety
• Enable developers to ship faster and safer
• Help define long-term infrastructure standards
  
  

You will work closely with the CTO and VP RnD, owning infrastructure decisions and execution.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of hands-on DevOps / Platform / Cloud Engineering experience
• Strong experience with AWS (EC2, S3, IAM, networking fundamentals)
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions / GitLab CI / similar)
• Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform / Pulumi preferred)
• Strong Linux and systems understanding
• Experience managing multiple environments (dev/staging / prod)
• A pragmatic mindset - you optimize for simplicity, clarity, and reliability
• Containerization (Docker, ECS, etc.)
