Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in software development.
- 5 years of experience with design and architecture and testing or launching software products.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
- 3 years of experience working in a structured organization involving cross-functional, or cross-business projects.
- Experience applying Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) techniques to solve problems, particularly in security contexts.
- Experience working with large-scale data processing and analytics systems.
- Understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals, threat landscapes, incident response, and security operations.

Responsibilities
- Help us figure out a strong roadmap to make Cloud Storage the best for AI/ML workloads.
- Lead a team of Engineers to design, develop, and deploy new storage enhancements. Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and code reviews.
- Architect and design scalable, reliable, and performant systems that meet the needs of the growing AI/ML customer base. Make data-driven decisions to optimize system performance and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, analyze performance bottlenecks, and develop innovative solutions to address customer challenges.
- Work closely with product managers, customer engineers, and other stakeholders to understand customer requirements and ensure that Cloud Storage meets their needs.
