About The Role

As a Full Stack Engineer (React + TypeScript + Node.js) at Brandlight, you’ll be a high-throughput builder who reliably turns defined product work into production-ready UI + APIs inside an existing system.

You’ll expand our core feature set while we scale the platform 10×, remove friction for core engineers, and ship high-quality features without creating drag.

Responsibilities

• Ship complete full-stack features across React UI, Node APIs, and data changes.
• Turn clear product specs into production-ready work fast and clean.
• Fix integration issues across UI ↔ API boundaries and edge cases.
• Improve user-critical flows through performance and reliability work.
• Build reusable React components and optimize rendering performance.
• Communicate clearly and collaborate smoothly with engineers, product, and design.
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack experience with React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Proven ability to ship production features in existing systems, fast and safely.
• Strong debugging skills: isolates issues quickly across frontend + backend.
• Pixel-perfect execution with high attention to UI detail and UX polish
• Strong ability to build reusable React components and optimize rendering performance.
• Low ego, team-first mindset, thrives in high-ownership environments.
• Clear communicator who works smoothly with Product, Design, and Engineering.
