Role Description

A leading financial organization is looking for a Development Manager for a key role in its digital acceleration program.

The role includes end-to-end responsibility for managing and leading the development of the organization’s digital assets, including customer-facing applications and websites.

You will oversee full development lifecycles, work closely with internal teams and external vendors, ensure delivery quality and timelines, and play an active role in driving digital innovation across the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing development of large-scale digital assets (applications and multi-user websites)

• Proven experience managing development teams and parallel development processes

• Experience working with Microservices-based digital systems

• Hands-on experience implementing and managing CI/CD processes, including automated testing

• Experience working with Agile methodologies and familiarity with Waterfall

• Experience overseeing UAT and acceptance testing processes
