At ONE ZERO, Israel’s first fully digital bank, we’re building the technology that powers a new era of intuitive, transparent, people-first banking. We’re looking for a Head of Data to lead our data strategy, data platforms, and ML initiatives. In this role, you’ll define the data vision, scale the team, and drive execution of high-impact data solutions that power our business and product decisions.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Define and own the company-wide data strategy across engineering, product, and business domains.
• Lead data engineering, data platform, and ML execution—building scalable infrastructure and tooling.
• Design and implement data pipelines (batch and streaming) and ensure cloud-native reliability and quality.
• Implement MLOps best practices, including model lifecycle management, feature stores, and productionization.
• Partner with Product, R&D, and business stakeholders to embed data into decision-making and growth strategies.
  
  

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience leading data teams in a senior role (Head / Director / Group Lead).
• Proven success in scaling data teams (20+ people) across engineering and ML disciplines.
• Hands-on experience building and operating large-scale, cloud-based data platforms.
• Expertise with distributed data systems and architectures (Kafka, Snowflake, etc.).
• Strong leadership, communication, and execution skills - with the ability to balance strategy and delivery.
