We are hiring: Chief Architect / R&D Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technology initiatives: research, architecture, implementation, and productization.
• Drive innovation with a strong emphasis on AI-driven solutions and cloud-based platforms.
• Manage complex, matrix-driven technological projects across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Work closely with business units to identify needs, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Act as a technological authority and trusted partner for engineers, managers, and executives.
• Take part in strategic decision-making regarding architecture, platforms, and future technologies.

Requirements

• Proven senior-level technical background with deep hands-on and architectural expertise - mandatory
• Strong experience in cloud environments – Azure is preferred, AWS at a very high level is also acceptable - mandatory
• Solid knowledge and experience with Kubernetes and modern cloud-native architectures - mandatory
• Significant experience in Power Platform - mandatory
• Significant experience in copilot - mandatory
• Mature leadership background as a Development Manager / R&D Manager / Chief Architect - mandatory
• Experience working in Enterprise environments such as banks, government organizations, or large corporations - mandatory
