We are seeking a Data/Support Analyst to join our growing Analytics/tech-support team.
This hybrid role bridges data analysis, technical investigation, and hands-on coding, supporting our internal stakeholders by resolving data issues, maintaining script-based tools, and providing technical insights.
The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, excellent Python and SQL skills, experience working with Athena or large-scale datasets, and a sharp attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve data inconsistencies or anomalies raised by business or engineering teams
- Write and debug Python scripts to automate checks, extract insights, or fix data issues
- Run and adapt SQL queries (Athena and standard RDBMS) for data investigations
- Analyze logs and data flows to troubleshoot technical problems
- Build or support internal tools for monitoring, analysis, or reporting
- Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to ensure data quality and integrity
- Maintain clean documentation of findings, tools, and processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science), or equivalent practical experience
- Experience - 3 years in a technical analytics, data support, or operational engineering role
- Strong Python skills for scripting, automation, and basic data processing
- Proficient in SQL, including joins, filtering, and analytical queries
- Familiarity with Git and basic version control
- Hands-on experience with AI tools (Copilot, Cursor, Chatgpt etc)
