TSG, a publicly traded defense-oriented high-tech company, is looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our team!

We are seeking a hands-on DevOps Engineer to design, build, maintain, and operate the organization’s DevOps and cloud infrastructures.

Role Description:

The role involves deep work in Microsoft Azure, building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, working with Kubernetes (AKS), automation, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

You will work closely with development, IT, and information security teams.

This position has a strong DEV-oriented focus (not OPS-only), with opportunities for professional growth and potential future technical leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Design, maintain, and operate DevOps infrastructure in Azure
• Develop and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines (Build / Test / Deploy)
• Work with Kubernetes (AKS) – application deployment and cluster maintenance
• Build and manage Docker images and Helm charts
• Work with core Azure services: App Services, APIM, Cosmos DB
• Manage identities, permissions, and secrets (Entra ID, Azure Key Vault)
• Operate in an enterprise networking environment (VNet, Load Balancer, Application Gateway, Firewall)
• Monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting using Dynatrace and ELK
• Implement best practices and continuously improve stability, availability, and performance

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in a DevOps / Cloud Infrastructure role
• Proven hands-on experience with Azure
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD
• Strong understanding of infrastructure, networking, and information security
• Experience working in a large-scale enterprise environment – advantage
• Previous experience in technical leadership or small team management (1–2 people) – advantage
