Job Summary
We are looking for a DevOps engineer with meaningful experience in building scalable systems. You will be responsible for the production and non-production, CI/CD, MLSOPs pipeline systems and will be a key member in the company development.
You will play a key role in a small team of top notch developers and researchers, maturing the world's most advanced IndoorGPS platform with highly advanced real-time features as well as massive amounts of data.
Key Responsibilities
- Production and System Ownership: Own the production and non-production systems, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security. Set responsible practices for the entire lifecycle of high-viability, large-scale development and algorithm-centric teams.
- Infrastructure and Automation: Design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines, MLOps systems, and infrastructure automation to enhance product quality and decrease time-to-release.
- Cost and Security Optimization: Proactively identify and implement improvements to system security and efficiency, focusing on optimizing the workload for cost-effectiveness across all environments.
- Monitoring and Incident Response: Develop, implement, and utilize Oriient's monitoring and logging systems to investigate customer issues and anomalies, performing deep root cause analysis to maintain system reliability.
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience: 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer, or similar role, managing high-scale, production-grade cloud environments.
- Cloud & Infrastructure: Deep expertise in one or more major cloud providers (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure).
- IaC: Extensive experience with Infrastructure as Code tools, such as Terraform, for managing scalable infrastructure.
- Containerization: Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies, particularly Kubernetes and Docker.
- CI/CD: Proficiency in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
- Monitoring & Logging: Solid experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack/Loki) for system health, performance, and security.
- Troubleshooting: Expert ability to understand complex microservice architectures, troubleshoot production issues, and perform deep root cause analysis.
- Coding Skills: Strong scripting and coding skills in languages such as NodeJS Python and Bash.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Soft Skills: A positive approach to life and people.
Requirement and Advantages
- Deep experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform in a large-scale environment.
- Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with Kubernetes orchestration and administration.
