We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Engineering Team Lead to join our talented R&D department. As an Engineering Team Lead, you will play a role in leading and managing a group of skilled engineers to deliver high-quality software products that meet the needs of our customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Architects, and Platform Engineers.

Responsibilities:

As an Engineering Team Lead, you will

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing guidance and support in their technical and professional development.
• Manage and lead a scrum environment, delivering A to Z new abilities and features into our product.
• Work with our high-performance, high-scale infrastructure on top of cloud resources using multiple 3rd party modern development tools
• Collaborate with the Product Management team to define and prioritize product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, and delivery.
• Ensure the team follows best practices in software development, coding standards, and quality assurance processes.
• Participate in our service development and cloud-based environments within R&D.
• Take part in infrastructure and system design.
• Use the latest technology to enhance development processes and increase team productivity.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the engineering team.
  
  

Requirements:

You should join us if you

• Have proven experience in leading a team of at least 5 engineers - a must
• Have at least 4 years of experience of at least 2 different server-side programming languages (GoLang is an advantage) - a must
• Have significant experience creating and utilizing scalable performance systems - a must
• Have a deep understanding of cloud architecture and modern system design principles - a must
• Have strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• A track record of delivering high-quality software products by giving accurate estimations.
• Have experience working in a SaaS company
• Have experience working with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, and Elastic - an advantage
