We are looking for a Generative AI Specialist! to lead the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge GenAI solutions - including AI agents, RAG-based systems, and advanced chatbots -aimed at improving business processes and customer experience.

What We Offer:

• Partner in defining the enterprise GenAI tech stack and architecture, making informed choices between open vs. closed-source models and approaches such as RAG vs. fine-tuning.
• Design and implement autonomous multi-agent systems capable of handling complex tasks using long-term memory and robust state management
• Build scalable vector-based data pipelines incorporating techniques like hybrid search, re-ranking, and query transformation to maximize accuracy.
• Establish standards for security (prompt injection defense), privacy, and mitigation of bias and hallucinations in production systems.
• Connect AI models to existing legacy systems through APIs and cloud interfaces.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of backend software development, including 2+ years of proven hands-on work with GenAI and LLMs.
• Strong practical experience with advanced frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and LangGraph.
• Experience designing and operating vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, Qdrant) in large-scale production environments.
• Excellent command of Python, with a focus on libraries such as FastAPI and Pydantic.
• Deep familiarity with Transformer architectures, tokenization, and context window management.
