About the role:

This position is designed for a high-performing Full Stack Engineer who is ready to step into a first leadership role.

We provide the platform, mentorship, and autonomy you need to flex your leadership muscles while remaining deeply hands-on with our core technology.

What You’ll Do

• Management Lead and Mentor junior and mid-level developers, conduct high-standard code reviews, and advocate for engineering excellence.
• Hands-On Leadership: Spend 50–60% of your time writing production code, building core features, solving complex technical challenges, and setting the standard for code quality through real, hands-on contribution.
• Work closely with engineering management to take on team lead responsibilities, from sprint planning to people development.
• Own the Stack: Take charge of end-to-end features using Node.js, TypeScript, and Angular, ensuring they are built for scale and performance.
• Ship at Scale: Manage CI/CD pipelines and production deployments within our AWS ecosystem, ensuring our high-traffic systems remain robust.
• Architecture & Direction: Transition from "executing tasks" to "defining solutions." You’ll have a seat at the table for key technical and architectural decisions.

The Ideal Profile

• 4-6 years of Full Stack experience, including building and shipping complex products.
• Experience or strong motivation to grow into a leadership role, including mentoring, ownership, and influencing team and technical direction.
• Deep knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript - must.
• Experience building modern client-side applications (Angular preferred).
• Experience with Node.js and designing RESTful APIs- An advantage
• Experience with AWS and cloud-based environments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and production deployments.
