We are looking for an energetic, curious, and hands-on Graduate AI Enablement Associate to join our Amdocs Agentic AI Office (COE A3). This is an exciting opportunity to learn, contribute, and grow in the world of Generative and Agentic AI.

What will your job look like?

AI Enablement & Collaboration

• Support engineering and product teams in adopting AI/GenAI tools across the software development lifecycle.
• Assist in creating and maintaining best practices and guidelines for AI-assisted development.
• Participate in internal AI community activities, helping foster innovation and knowledge sharing.
  
  

Hands-on Prototyping & Exploration

• Contribute to building proof-of-concept projects and reusable AI components.
• Experiment with AI development platforms and tools (e.g., coding assistants, LLM integrations).
• Document learnings and share insights with the team.
  
  

Knowledge Sharing & Learning

• Help prepare internal tutorials, demos, and knowledge base content.
• Stay curious and continuously learn about emerging AI technologies and practices.
• Collaborate with senior team members to deliver workshops and tech talks.
  
  

All you need is...

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 2 years of hands-on programming experience (internships or projects count).
• 1 year of experience building AI agents and implementing clear use cases.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript).
• Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants like GitHub Copilot , Cursor , Claude Code .
• Familiarity with agent creation platforms such as LangChain, AutoGen, OpenAI Agents, or similar frameworks for building and orchestrating AI agents.
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts or tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) is a plus.
• Strong curiosity, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
• Energetic, proactive, and passionate about technology and innovation.
