We’re seeking a passionate, experienced Data Analyst to join our team and help us turn data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead Voice of the Customer initiatives with a strong focus on analytical rigour and techniques from data extraction and cleaning through insight generation and delivery.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives, shape ambiguous business needs into well-defined analytical frameworks, and deliver insight-driven solutions.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on consumer datasets to uncover trends, behaviors, and actionable insights that inform marketing and business strategies
• Translate complex data into clear narratives and recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences
• Partner with the Head of the department to transform findings into visually engaging, insight-driven stories and deliver high impact presentations
• Lead the production of weekly, monthly and quarterly dashboards and providing clear commentary on performance drivers and trends
  
  

Requirements

• 2-4 years Experience with Voice of the Customer/CX or Marketing Research approaches and methodologies.
• Proven hands on experience with SQL and Power BI - must have
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to draw business insights from diverse data sources.
• Passionate about discovering the story behind the data.
• Exceptional ability to synthesize information into a coherent and compelling narrative.
• Fluent English (native level or close) – essential for presenting and writing.
• Advanced Excel
• Identify opportunities to improve research processes and reduce turnaround times through automation, templates, and data visualization tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
