What would you be doing?

The Customer Product Manager is the customer’s primary delivery partner — responsible for gathering requirements, shaping solutions, and guiding enterprise clients through the successful implementation of our platform.

You’ll be the bridge between client teams and our internal engineering, architecture and delivery squads, and also a hands-on builder using AI tools to create real applications, not just slideware or tickets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery with clients and translate business needs into clear, actionable outcomes
  • Translate requirements into solutions, including fit-gap analysis and configuration guidance
  • Hands-on work with AI tools to build UIs, workflows, and apps connected to APIs and data
  • Own end-to-end customer implementation: planning, build, demos, adjustments, and go-live
  • Coordinate with engineering, architects, and enterprise client teams
  • Ensure quality, support UAT, and continuously improve based on usage and feedback
  • Serve as main client contact, managing status, risks, and delivering presentations/demos


Key Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years in client-facing roles in SaaS, fintech, or enterprise software (e.g., product management, solution consulting, business analysis, or project delivery)
  • Strong understanding of enterprise systems; bonus for experience in lending, financial services or workflow platforms
  • Hands-on maker mindset: you enjoy building prototypes, playing with tools, and tweaking flows yourself—not just writing requirement documents
  • Practical experience with AI-assisted development or product tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Lovable, v0.dev, or similar) or a strong demonstrated aptitude and motivation to learn them quickly
  • Familiarity with configurable SaaS products, UAT processes and agile delivery
  • Comfort with basic technical concepts (APIs, JSON, data models, integrations) and willingness to read or lightly edit simple front-end code (e.g., React/TypeScript)
  • Excellent communication skills, high EQ, and a consultative mindset—you can facilitate workshops, push back when needed, and still keep stakeholders aligned
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in high-stakes enterprise environments while staying calm and focused
  • Entrepreneurial attitude: bias to start, show something, and iterate, instead of waiting for perfect alignment or requirements
