Ness is looking for a Development Manager, for a large, leading organization in Jerusalem.

The role includes managing multiple development teams and team leads, as well as overseeing the development center.

In addition, the position involves evaluating and implementing innovative technological solutions, leading cross-organizational projects, budget management, and managing work plans.

Full-time position, in Jerusalem.

Requirements:

Proven experience managing multiple development teams – A must.

Familiarity with development tools, infrastructures, and complex, multi-user architectures – A must.
