abra R&D is looking for an experienced Embedded Team Leader to lead the development of advanced defense systems.

This is a senior, influential role for someone who enjoys guiding technology and people, shaping solutions, and being a key professional authority, while still staying close to the technical core.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead and mentor a team of embedded developers working on real-time, mission-critical systems
• Take part in technical decision-making, architecture, and design reviews
• Work closely with system, FPGA, and hardware teams
• Lead technical direction and architecture, while staying closely connected to the development work
  
  

Requirements:

• Strong experience in embedded development and at least 3 years as a Team Leader
• Excellent knowledge of C (mainly application-level development)
• Hands-on experience with Bare-Metal and RTOS environments
• Solid background with ARM-based MCUs
• Experience interfacing with FPGA devices and understanding how they work
• Good BSP understanding: boot process, drivers, RTOS structure, and low-level system behavior
• Natural leadership skills: professional authority, mentorship mindset, and clear communication
