We’re looking for a hands-on DevOps Engineer with a strong cloud-native mindset to help build, maintain, and evolve our scalable infrastructure. This role requires deep expertise in AWS, Infrastructure as Code, Kubernetes, and a proactive approach to security and automation.
You'll work closely with engineering teams to streamline delivery, enforce platform standards, and enable a high-velocity development environment – all while keeping reliability and security top of mind.
This role is ideal for an experienced and highly skilled DevOps engineer who is passionate about building scalable and reliable infrastructure and thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
What you’ll do:
- Build, automate and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS.
- Operate and enhance Kubernetes environments, including automation, security, observability and CI/CD integration.
- Drive continuous improvement in developer experience and operational excellence.
- Implement security-first infrastructure, tooling and workflow patterns.
- Collaborate with Developers, Support and Product teams to ensure infrastructure and automations align with evolving requirements.
- Contribute to technical design discussions and cross-functional decision-making.
You’ll do it using:
- At least 5 years of proven experience in DevOps or Platform Engineering roles
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS, including EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM and a lot more
- Deep Docker and Kubernetes knowledge
- Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform)
- Solid POSIX shell scripting skills
- Solid understanding of security best practices in cloud and containerized environments.
- The ability to balance tactical tasks with long-term goals – Think Big.
Advantages:
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows. GitLab CI and Argo CD
- Experience with observability tools- Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry
- Strong understanding of GNU/Linux systems, networking and storage
- Background in software development, Python and Java
- Familiarity with Apache Spark, PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ
- Familiarity with Crossplane or Pulumi
