Bluevine is looking for a Senior Android Developer to join our Mobile team and play a key role in shaping our production Android applications in a fast-growing fintech environment.
This is a senior, high-impact position for an engineer who enjoys technical ownership, system-level thinking, and building scalable, high-quality products. You’ll work closely with Product, Backend, Design, and QA teams, and directly influence both the user experience and the technical direction of our mobile platform.
What You’ll Do
- Design, build, and architect advanced Android applications using modern tools and technologies
- Take full ownership of projects end-to-end - from concept to production
- Lead and improve automated processes for build, test, and deployment at scale
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with a strong focus on quality
- Perform code reviews and set a high engineering standard within the team
- Stay up to date with industry trends and proactively suggest new technologies and improvements
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on Android development experience
- Strong experience with Kotlin and Coroutines
- Solid knowledge of Jetpack Compose
- Proven ability to design and develop scalable, reusable, and testable components
- Experience integrating Android apps with RESTful APIs
- High attention to detail, strong sense of ownership, and pride in code quality
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
