Technical leadership role for someone who has been a force multiplier on every team they’ve joined. Not a management position—pure technical leadership.

You don’t rely on AI to make you better—you make AI better. You orchestrate multiple AI agents to amplify your team’s output. Your foundation is so strong that new tools are additions to your arsenal, not crutches.

Responsibilities

• Drive architecture and design for complex, multi-stack systems

• Lead development of deep-tech products in computer vision and graphics

• Orchestrate AI-powered workflows and multiple AI agents

• Set technical direction and standards that make the team more effective

• Mentor developers and level up the team through code reviews

• Own delivery of production-grade systems end-to-end

Requirements

• 15+ years of software development experience

• Proven multiplier — demonstrable examples of making teams significantly more effective (we will ask)

• AI orchestration — experience managing multiple AI agents in development workflows

• Deep expertise in C# (preferred), C++, or Java

• Strong proficiency in Python, TypeScript, Node.js, React

• System architecture — large-scale, complex systems, air gapped

• Domain experience in computer vision, real-time systems, 3D , or AR/VR

• Leadership through influence, not title
