We are looking for a talented Backend Engineer to join our growing team and help build the next‑generation AI‑driven Email Security product from the ground up.

If you have strong programming skills and a passion for creating and improving large‑scale applications, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and test complex, real‑time backend processes for analyzing malicious email events and preventing phishing, spam, and scam attacks.
• Take end‑to‑end ownership of features, mentor teammates, and effectively lead development efforts independently and collaboratively.
• Review and provide constructive feedback on your teammates' code to maintain high-quality code standards and promote engineering best practices.
• Work closely with Product Managers to translate business requirements into scalable technical designs that align with company goals.
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building complex backend systems.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Python (AsyncIO).
• Deep understanding of microservices architecture.
• Proficiency working with backend technologies such as databases, caching systems, Kubernetes, containers, Kafka, and cloud environments.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and strong teamwork skills.
• Experience in the cybersecurity domain - an advantage.
