Role Description

A leading large-scale financial organization is seeking a senior, hands-on leader to head its Generative AI Engineering Group.

This is a strategic and technical leadership role, combining deep hands-on expertise with architectural and managerial responsibility, leading the design, development, and deployment of advanced Generative AI solutions at enterprise scale.

The role includes building and leading AI engineering teams, driving innovation, and delivering production-grade AI systems in complex organizational environments.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience building and leading technical teams
• 2+ years of experience managing complex production environments
• 5+ years of hands-on development experience in Python, with a strong focus on AI/ML
• Proven experience with Generative AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack
• Strong expertise in AWS services, including: S3, Glue, Athena, SageMaker, Lambda, Bedrock, EKS
• Deep understanding of LLM providers, capabilities, limitations, and emerging features
• Hands-on experience building RAG-based solutions and working with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB
