As a Senior Platform Engineer at MIND, you’ll architect and operate the core infrastructure that powers our real-time data protection platform. You’ll build scalable cloud systems, optimize Kubernetes environments, and improve developer velocity across engineering.

You’ll also play a key role in shaping MIND’s next-generation platform capabilities around AI:

• Driving GenAI/MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations that enhance developer experience and workflows (DevX)
• Contributing to the AI/ML/GenAI infrastructure and developer SDKs powering our platform

Responsibility:

• Design and orchestrate scalable cloud infrastructure on GCP/AWS/AZURE
• Build and operate Kubernetes clusters and supporting tools
• Build & Own CI/CD systems using GitHub Actions, Dagger, FluxCD, ArgoCD, or similar
• Increase development velocity with internal tooling
• Implement core product infrastructure features (authn/authz/auditing/etc.)
• Decouple product from infrastructure with an internal SDK (o11y/db/crypto/etc.)
• Define infrastructure and operational standards across engineering
• Drive GenAI/MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations to enhance developer experience and engineering workflows (DevX)
• Contribute to AI/ML/GenAI infrastructure and developer SDKs powering MIND’s platform
• Shape next-generation capabilities at the intersection of cloud infrastructure, DevX innovation, and AI systems
  
  

Who You Are:

• 5+ years of experience in backend, platform, or full-stack engineering within a product development team
• Experience with cloud-native development (containers, cloud providers, k8s, etc.)
• Experience with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD)
• Strong understanding of Linux systems, distributed architectures, and networking fundamentals
• Familiarity with observability technologies (OpenTelemetry, Grafana Stack, etc..)
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset

• Experience with Temporal, Terraform, Protobuf
• Hands-on experience fine-tuning or deploying ML models
• Hands‑on experience deploying MCP clients/servers and integrating them into automated AI workflows.
• Contributing to GenAI/LLM/AI infrastructure and developer SDKs as part of the platform/infrastructure stack
