Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Junior Automation & Performance Engineer to join our engineering team. This role is ideal for someone at the early stages of their career who is eager to gain hands-on experience in test automation and performance testing while working on real, large-scale production systems.

What You’ll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites
• Execute performance, load, and stress tests to evaluate system scalability and reliability
• Analyze test results, identify performance bottlenecks, and clearly communicate findings
• Collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams across multiple groups
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and quality gates to ensure high product quality
  
  
  

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in automation development and/or performance testing
• Strong passion for programming, especially in Python
• Experience working with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub, Artifactory, and similar platforms
• Hands-on experience with AWS
• Familiarity with automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Playwright, PyTest)
• Familiarity with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar)
• Good understanding of the software development lifecycle and testing methodologies
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication skills and a strong willingness to learn and grow
