We’re looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to take full ownership of designing, building, and supporting DevOps processes based on industry best practices.

About the role

• End-to-end responsibility for planning, building, and maintaining DevOps pipelines
• Implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and supporting secure development practices (DevSecOps)
• Working with GitOps methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
• Developing scripts and automation processes
• Supporting and optimizing workflows across the entire software development lifecycle
• Close collaboration with development teams and cross-functional stakeholders
• Working in isolated / air-gapped environments

What we’re looking for

• At least 3 years of hands-on DevOps experience
• Strong experience building CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins or Azure DevOps)
• Experience with Git-based configuration management – mandatory
• Scripting experience in Batch / PowerShell / Groovy / Bash / Python
• Experience working with Linux and Windows environments
• Hands-on experience with Docker containers – mandatory
• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes (K8s) / OpenShift (OCP) / RKE

Nice to have

• Development background
• Experience in air-gapped environments
• Experience with IaC tools (Ansible, Terraform)
• Experience with Helm
• Familiarity with DevSecOps practices
• Good understanding of GitOps
• Networking knowledge
• B.Sc. in Computer Science or Software Engineering – a strong advantage
