We are seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce Platform Engineering Lead

We’re looking for an experienced Chapter Lead to provide professional leadership to Application Engineers, Implementers, System Administrators, and Data Engineers, while shaping high-impact technological and business initiatives.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of proven experience in leading technology teams
• Strong hands-on Salesforce background (Apex, LWC, Flow)
• Experience with integrations and middleware (Apigee, Talend, or similar)
• Solid engineering mindset with architecture and code review experience
• Data engineering knowledge (Python, SQL, ETL)
• Salesforce System or Application Architect certification- advantage
• BSc in Computer Science or a related field- advantage
