Voyantis is launching a new product line in lifecycle marketing, and we are looking for an Experienced AI-Native Software Engineer who can take it from concept to reality. You'll be the founding engineer on this product - working directly with our Product Director to turn a Lovable prototype into a scalable, production-grade platform.

This isn't a role where you'll receive detailed specs and execute. You'll need to break down ambiguous business problems, make architectural decisions, and ship end-to-end - from UI to API to infrastructure. You'll wear the product hat when needed, challenge assumptions, and move fast in a dynamic environment.

• Take prototypes and architect it into a scalable, production-ready application
• Own the full stack: React frontend, Python backend, AWS infrastructure
• Work directly with the Product Director to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Make architectural decisions that balance speed with long-term maintainability
• Integrate with existing Voyantis infrastructure and third-party marketing platforms
• Shape the product as you build it - you'll have real input on what we're creating

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Active use of AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude, etc.) - this is how we work
• Strong experience with React and TypeScript
• Backend development experience (Python preferred, but we care more about your ability to learn fast with the right tools)
• Solid experience working with data: SQL, relational databases (PostgreSQL), and ideally exposure to data warehouses like Snowflake
• Experience with AWS cloud environments
• Demonstrated ability to own features end-to-end: from understanding user needs to shipping working software
