Ideo Digital is looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Team Lead to join a growing and professional development team.

This role combines hands-on development with technical leadership, working on complex and interesting projects in a modern cloud-based environment.

You will lead the Dynamics 365 development from a professional perspective, mentor developers, and take part in designing and implementing advanced CRM and Power Platform solutions for our clients.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and mentor a Dynamics 365 development team from a professional and technical perspective
• Develop and customize Dynamics 365 solutions based on complex business requirements
• Work with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and implement integrated solutions
• Take part in hands-on development and ongoing system maintenance
• Design and maintain cloud-based solutions and integrations
• Collaborate closely with development, CRM, integration, and infrastructure teams
• Troubleshoot issues and provide professional support for production systems

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience developing with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
• Experience leading developers or acting as a technical lead / go-to person
• Strong hands-on development skills and system-level understanding
• High level of responsibility, initiative, and motivation
• Willingness to learn, grow, and stay up to date with modern CRM and digital technologies
