Role Description

  • Lead and mentor a team of hardware, power, and ATE engineers, fostering technical excellence and strong execution.
  • Own the design, development, and validation of high-speed digital boards.
  • Design digital and power-supply board solutions from concept and simulation through prototyping, bring-up, and lab validation.
  • Architect and participate in ATE systems, ensuring robust manufacturing and test processes, including automation SW.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams - hardware, RF, software, systems, mechanical, and production - to ensure seamless product integration.
  • Provide production support, including debugging, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement of products and test systems.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across digital and power domains.

 

Qualifications

  • B.Sc. or higher in Electrical Engineering
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital board design.
  • Strong expertise in high-speed digital design (interfaces, signal integrity, timing)
  • Knowledge in power supply design (DC/DC, regulators, power architecture).
  • Familiarity with FPGA design, implementation, and lab validation.
  • Hands-on proficiency with lab test equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers).
  • Experience with EDA tools for schematic and PCB layout (Altium Designer), as well as SI/PI analysis.
