Summary

Product Engineer to support the development, characterization and transfer to production of VLSI products, working with state of the art Silicon technologies. The position will have responsibility for defining and planning new products characterization scope, results analysis, setting and verifying the products’ working conditions, will be deeply involved in production testing and in maintaining cross product libraries and tools. The candidate will closely work with the test, manufacturing and design teams to develop the product..

Description

The position requires someone with experience in the semiconductor model with a broad knowledge covering the full manufacturing space including fab, test, and packaging with focus on new Silicon behavior analysis and its transfer to mass production.

Candidate should have a good understanding of CMOS devices, fabrication processes and statistics analysis. Background in product characterization, silicon debug, yield improvement processes and statistics are required. Background in ATE testing, DFT, production test programs, test hardware and manufacturing test support are beneficial.

Minimum Qualifications

• BS/MS Engineering, or Sciences from a known institute.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Engineering, depending education background and relevant products and market experience.
• Statistics background and strong analytical skills
• Good understanding of CMOS process technology
• Good software skills, especially in scripting languages
• Understanding of CMOS device and product reliability
• Good understanding in DFT and Silicon testing techniques
• Good understanding of circuits and layout
• Experience in both EFA and PFA
• Strong presentation and communication

• Direct experience in Test Engineering
• JMP/SAS or other statistical analysis tools experience
