At ONE ZERO, Israel’s first fully digital bank, we’re building the technology that powers a new era of intuitive, transparent, people-first banking. We’re looking for a DevOps Team Lead to join our Platform & Infrastructure group. In this strategic, hands-on role, you’ll lead a team of DevOps engineers, define our infrastructure roadmap, and drive the automation, security, and scalability of our production systems.

Your Day-to-Day

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of DevOps engineers.
• Own production operations on AWS, ensuring high availability, reliability, and security.
• Design, evolve, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub, ArgoCD, and Argo Workflows.
• Build and manage Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, and optimize Kubernetes (EKS) workloads using Helm.
• Drive automation, GitOps adoption, incident response, and compliance with banking standards - using tools like Python, Bash, WAF, and IAM.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps or infrastructure roles.
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership or mentorship capacity within DevOps teams.
• Deep knowledge of AWS, Kubernetes (EKS), Terraform, and CI/CD tools.
• Proven experience with GitOps tools such as ArgoCD and Argo Workflows.
• Proficiency in Python and scripting for infrastructure automation.
