Senior MSSQL DBA – Production Environments

We are looking for an experienced MSSQL DBA to join our Database Team, responsible for the operation, maintenance, performance optimization, and high availability of mission-critical database systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Hands-on work as an MSSQL DBA in Production environments
• Installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of Microsoft SQL Server
• Management of backups, restores, and Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions
• Working with AlwaysOn Availability Groups and Failover Clustering
• Performance tuning and query optimization
• Monitoring systems, analyzing workloads, and resolving performance issues
• Writing and maintaining T-SQL scripts and automation
• Close collaboration with development and infrastructure teams
• Working with Windows Server environments
• Building automations and operational reports

Requirements

• At least 5 years of proven experience as an MSSQL DBA (ISP or large-scale environments) - Must
• Strong experience in Production database environments - Must
• Deep knowledge of SQL Server architecture, performance tuning, and troubleshooting - Must
• Experience with AlwaysOn, Failover Clustering, and DR solutions - Must
• Strong scripting skills in T-SQL - Must
• Understanding of Windows Server environments - Must
