We are seeking a skilled ML Engineer to join our R&D team. You'll build high-performance backend services with Python and TypeScript, design data pipelines, and deploy AI solutions at scale. We are looking for a ML engineer with strong development skills to join our R&D team.

What You’ll Do

• Build & Scale: Develop and maintain high-performance backend services using Python and TypeScript. You will ensure our inference engines are real-time, scalable, and resilient.
• Data Architecture: Design and optimize data pipelines and database schemas. You’ll be responsible for efficient indexing and ensuring data flows smoothly from source to model.
• Model & Innovate: Maximize the performance of our existing stack while researching and deploying next-generation frameworks that align with our long-term data strategy.
• Drive Business Value: You won't just take requirements—you’ll help define them. You will help identify which business metrics we need to move and engineer the features to get us there.
  
  

Technical Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience
• B.Sc in a technical field (CompSci, statistics, math, etc.)
• High proficiency in Python and TypeScript. You write clean, testable, and maintainable code.
• Backend & Systems: Strong experience with HTTP servers, microservices architecture, and API design.
• Database Mastery: Deep understanding of SQL/NoSQL, specifically regarding performance tuning and indexing strategies.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with cloud providers (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Pragmatic AI: Experience with traditional ML libraries (Scikit-Learn, Pandas) and an understanding of how to move features from a notebook into a production environment.
