We are looking for a MEMS Development Engineer to lead the development of the advanced next-generation pressure MEMS sensor from concept through manufacturing.
Essential duties and responsibilities
- Drive MEMS sensor design, modeling, simulation, and optimization.
- Define and refine MEMS process flows in collaboration with fabs or design houses.
- Ensure manufacturability and scalability of sensor designs.
- Own project schedules, budgets, and milestone tracking.
- Manage supplier communication, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Communicate risks, progress, and results to leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Support regulatory documentation.
Must-Have Qualifications
- BSc or MSc in Material Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics
- 7+ years of proven MEMS or Semiconductors development experience.
- Solid understanding of MEMS microfabrication technologies.
- Strong experimental, testing, and data analysis skills.
Preferable Background
- Proficiency in Layout (mask) design
- Proficiency in FEM modeling tools.
- Experience in medical devices, ISO13485 environments, or ultrasound systems.
- Mechanical design experience with CAD.
