We are looking for a MEMS Development Engineer to lead the development of the advanced next-generation pressure MEMS sensor from concept through manufacturing.


Essential duties and responsibilities

  • Drive MEMS sensor design, modeling, simulation, and optimization.
  • Define and refine MEMS process flows in collaboration with fabs or design houses.
  • Ensure manufacturability and scalability of sensor designs.
  • Own project schedules, budgets, and milestone tracking.
  • Manage supplier communication, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Communicate risks, progress, and results to leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Support regulatory documentation.


Must-Have Qualifications

  • BSc or MSc in Material Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics
  • 7+ years of proven MEMS or Semiconductors development experience.
  • Solid understanding of MEMS microfabrication technologies.
  • Strong experimental, testing, and data analysis skills.


Preferable Background

  • Proficiency in Layout (mask) design
  • Proficiency in FEM modeling tools.
  • Experience in medical devices, ISO13485 environments, or ultrasound systems.
  • Mechanical design experience with CAD.
