As a Marketing Operations Engineer at Lusha, you’ll join our Marketing Technologies & Operations team as a true technical builder. This role is designed for someone who doesn’t just manage marketing tools, but engineers the infrastructure behind our Product-Led Growth (PLG) motion.

You’ll sit at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, Data, and Engineering, moving beyond traditional campaign execution to architect autonomous workflows, build custom integrations, and deploy AI-driven solutions that turn product signals into revenue.

You’ll be the primary owner of our low-code / code-based orchestration layer (n8n / Make) and a key technical leader for our customer engagement platforms.

What You’ll Actually Do

Build & Orchestrate Advanced Workflows:

  • Design, build, and maintain complex cross-platform automation workflows using n8n and Make
  • Write custom Python or JavaScript scripts to transform and route data between systems, ensuring clean flows from product data sources (Amplitude, Snowflake) into activation tools (Braze, Salesforce)

Own the Customer Engagement Architecture:

  • Serve as the technical lead for Braze, configuring advanced lifecycle journeys using Liquid, connected content, and API-triggered events based on real-time product usage
  • Manage Intercom logic and bots to align conversational marketing with the PLG funnel

Deploy AI & Agentic Workflows:

  • Experiment with and operationalize AI agents to automate GTM workflows (e.g., lead enrichment, personalized content generation, smart routing based on unstructured data)
  • Integrate LLMs into daily marketing operations to improve speed-to-lead and personalization at scale

CRM & Data Alignment:

  • Partner closely with RevOps to ensure Salesforce data integrity and alignment with scoring and routing logic
  • Build and maintain data “pipes” into Salesforce and troubleshoot integration issues such as webhook failures and API limitations

User Journey & Monetization Enablement:

  • Translate business needs (free-to-paid flows, pricing experiments, monetization triggers) into fully integrated marketing workflows across Braze, n8n, and Salesforce
  • Map and optimize the product → marketing → sales data loop so product events immediately trigger revenue-driving actions

Web & Analytics Operations:

  • Manage technical aspects of the WordPress CMS, including forms, tracking scripts, and integrations
  • Ensure accurate data capture and attribution across Google Analytics and Amplitude, validating that marketing data flows correctly into the data warehouse

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience working with iPaaS tools such as n8n, Make, or Zapier, with a strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON
  • Strong “builder” mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, proactive problem-solving, and designing scalable solutions instead of manual processes
  • Deep experience with marketing automation and customer engagement platforms, especially Braze (or similar tools like Marketo or HubSpot), including Liquid logic and lifecycle orchestration
  • Intermediate proficiency in Python or JavaScript, with the ability to write scripts for data parsing, cleaning, and API integrations
  • Solid data fluency, including experience with Salesforce (object relationships), Amplitude (event tracking), and basic SQL
  • Proven ability to take full ownership of projects from technical scoping through deployment and iteration
  • Excellent written and spoken English

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Lusha or similar data enrichment tools
  • Background in a PLG B2B SaaS environment
  • Familiarity with Snowflake or modern data warehousing concepts
