About The Role

• Work with unique core systems in a VM/VSE environment
• Maintain and develop system-level code for critical enterprise platforms
• Perform version upgrades, software installations, and hardware integrations
• Lead cross-organizational projects with a broad architectural perspective
• Provide guidance and support to development teams (acting as a “Lead Programmer”)
• Write detailed technical and functional specifications
• Deliver creative and effective technological solutions for complex issues
  
  

Requirements:

What We’re Looking For

• Extensive experience with MF systems and deep understanding of their architecture
• Expertise in MF Assembler and JCL
• Advantage: knowledge of REXX, PLI, and COBOL
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to learn independently and handle complex technological challenges
• Availability for intensive work and meeting tight deadlines
