As a hands-on technology leader in the Cloud Infrastructure group, you will drive architecture, design, and critical implementation across distributed, cloud-native backend systems at global scale. You will set technical direction, solve complex engineering challenges, and take deep ownership of infrastructure that defines how modern cybersecurity is delivered.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the cloud foundation of the Infinity Portal, including core platform services and shared runtimes.
- Lead hands-on design and implementation of scalable, secure distributed backend systems.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, product, and business stakeholders on platform solutions.
- Drive best practices across reliability, performance, cost, and operations.
- Act as a technical leader and AI advocate across the infrastructure stack.
- Mentor engineers and set a high technical bar through design and code leadership.
- Shape long-term platform architecture, cloud strategy, and technical roadmap.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in backend and cloud platform development, designing and building large-scale distributed systems in a microservice architectures.
- Proven track record of leading and delivering production-grade software systems in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, with direct ownership of system design, implementation, and delivery.
- Experience building and evolving high-scale production microservices running on Kubernetes (EKS on AWS), with a strong focus on application-level architecture rather than infrastructure operations.
- Advantage: Node JS (TypeScript) or Go for building high-performance services or shared platform components.
- Strong advantage: Background in security-oriented systems, with solid understanding of authentication, authorization, and identity-related designs.
- Genuine curiosity and leadership around AI-driven technologies, including how AI can enhance platform capabilities and developer productivity.
