Role Description

Define and refine research questions and build data-driven methodologies for analytical projects.

Collect and analyze relevant datasets using advanced analytics tools.

Derive actionable insights to improve workplace safety outcomes, including economic impact analysis.

Provide data-based recommendations to management.

Work closely with the existing analytics team throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis within large organizations (500+ employees)

• Strong proficiency in advanced analytics and visualization tools such as Python, Power BI, R, or similar

• Ability to clearly document, present, and communicate insights and conclusions

• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to lead processes and guide teams

• Familiarity with quantitative and qualitative research methodologies

• Availability for part-time work – approximately two days per week in Haifa for a 3-month period
