We’re looking for a hands-on DevOps Engineer to join a fast-paced startup environment and take ownership of key parts of our cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and observability stack. You’ll play a key role in building scalable, reliable, and secure systems from the ground up, while collaborating with the engineering team and other DevOps/Platform stakeholders.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in technical teams, enjoys autonomy, and takes ownership of infrastructure and reliability.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS).
• Manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC), primarily using Terraform.
• Deploy, maintain, and optimize Kubernetes clusters and workloads.
• Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines, preferably using GitHub Actions.
• Automate deployment workflows to improve reliability, speed, and repeatability.
• Implement best practices for monitoring, logging, and observability.
• Ensure infrastructure meets standards for scalability, availability, performance, and security.
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve system resilience, performance, and cost efficiency.
  
  

Requirements:

• B.Sc. degree from a recognized university (Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar).
• 2+ years of cloud experience, preferably AWS.
• 2+ years of hands-on Infrastructure as Code experience, preferably Terraform.
• 2+ years of experience with Kubernetes in production environments.
• 2+ years of CI/CD experience, preferably with GitHub Actions.
• 2+ years of monitoring and logging experience, preferably with OpenTelemetry.
• Strong understanding of networking, Linux, and security best practices.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage priorities in a dynamic environment.

• 2+ years working in a startup or a fast-moving environment with small teams.
• Experience with Datadog, especially in combination with OpenTelemetry.
• Experience designing systems for high availability, scalability, and cost optimization.
• Strong scripting skills (Python / Bash).
