Position Overview:

We are looking for a talented and motivated Frontend Team Lead to join our growing team at CodeValue.

As a Frontend Team Lead, you will have the opportunity to lead innovative projects, collaborate with skilled professionals, and play a key role in shaping high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers, providing technical guidance and support
• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, UX/UI, Backend) to define and implement new features
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices
• Conduct code reviews and continuously improve development processes and standards
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing systems and applications
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in frontend development

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in full stack development – required
• Extensive experience with react & Node.js– required
• Minimum 1 year of team leadership or tech lead experience – required
• Experience working in agile, sprint-based teams – required
• Familiarity with Microfrontend architecture – advantage
