Full-Stack Developer / Tech Lead (NestJS & React)

We are hiring an experienced Full-Stack Developer with strong team leadership skills to join our engineering team and lead hands-on development of a production-grade web platform built with modern, scalable technologies.

What you’ll do

• Lead and mentor a development team while staying hands-on with the code

• Design and implement end-to-end features

• Build and maintain scalable APIs (REST and/or GraphQL)

• Ensure high standards of performance, security, and clean architecture

• Take part in code reviews and CI/CD processes

Tech stack

• Backend: NestJS (TypeScript)

• Frontend: React

• Database: PostgreSQL

• Cloud: AWS

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience leading or managing a development team

• Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript and NestJS

• Solid experience with React

• Good understanding of PostgreSQL

• Experience with AWS (Docker is a strong advantage)

• Background in banking or insurance – a plus
